Dear President Biden,

Irish-Americans —and many others who respect international human rights—hope that when you meet Prime Minister Boris Johnson at the G 7 Summit you will emphasize, as you have done before, the United States’ strong support for the Good Friday Agreement.

We urge you to press the London government not to renege on its many commitments and duties regarding the Good Friday Agreement.

We are most grateful for your strong support for the Good Friday Agreement.

Also, may we request that you please raise with Prime Minister Johnson the case of Richard Kerr, from a  Belfast Protestant background, who was sexually abused as an 8-year old and trafficked in the 1970s while a ward of the state in Northern Ireland—trafficked from Belfast to County Sligo, to London, Rome, Vienna and other areas by very powerful people.

And all the while the British police and British intelligence knew of this heinous crime because they wanted to be able to blackmail the abusers for British government advantage. Richard, now 60, is an American citizen. America should now stand up for justice for Richard.
