UNITING FOR TRUTH AND JUSTICE IN NORTHERN IRELAND

IRISH CONGRESSIONAL BRIEFING
Distributed to Congress by the Irish National Caucus.

“Raymond McCord, Sr.— a Belfast Protestant/Unionist— is one of the heroes of The Troubles in the Six Counties of Northern Ireland. His 22-year old son, Raymond, Jr., was murdered near Belfast in 1997. But because some involved in the murder were police informers and British Agents, the murder was covered up by the police and consecutive British governments.
The Irish National Caucus was proud to help Raymond, Sr. get a Congressional Hearing in 2009 and has stood with him since that time.
Raymond is now the leading campaigner in Ireland, north and south, against Boris Johnson’s amnesty proposals, which everyone knows is not really about Catholic or Protestant victims—but is all about an amnesty for England’s soldiers and their political bosses who murdered and colluded in murder in Northern Ireland, and sometimes in the 26-Counties of the Irish Republic.
The Irish Echo, New York City, in attached article explains Raymond’s new initiative.”
