“Ireland, too, has the right to be

One Nation under God,

indivisible,

with liberty and justice for all.”

Hi, I’m Fr. Sean McManus, President of the Capitol Hill-based Irish National Caucus in Washington, DC, and Chief Judge of the World Peace Prize.

And this is our eighteenth social-media video on our One Ireland Petition,

and on England’s undemocratic Partition of Ireland.

I just quoted the One Ireland Petition, namely:

“Ireland, too, has the right to be

One Nation under God,

indivisible,

with liberty and justice for all.”

The Irish National Caucus launched this splendid Petition to be a perfect response

to 100th Anniversary of the Government of Ireland Act— commonly known as the “Partition Act”— enacted on December 23, 1920, by the London Parliament, with the assent of the King of England.

As of this date, over 23,000 people have signed this splendid Petition. Have you signed it?

If not, why not?

I believe this Petition appeals to all true, authentic, caring Irish people the world over. … And

not just to Irish people, but to all people of good will who respect international human rights,

national self-determination, and national sovereignty, with liberty and justice for all.

Please help me to spread this splendid Petition all over the world. No fair-minded person can oppose the wording and the meaning of this Petition. It is, of course, based on the famous American Pledge of Allegiance.

But the Petition also evokes the teaching of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on

The Beloved Community and the teaching of Pope John Paul II that “peace is the fruit of solidarity.”

And the Petition, importantly, reflects the spirit of the great 1963 Encyclical of Pope Jon XXIII  Pacem in Terris ( Peace on Earth) in which he called on all people of good will to “establish with truth, justice, love, and freedom new methods of relationships in human society.”

TRUTH, JUSTICE, LOVE, AND FREEDOM—Those are the Four Pillars of the House of Peace, according to Pope John XXIII

And that is the House of Peace our Petition wants to build in all of Ireland—in all 32 Counties.

Please join us in this good and great cause. Do not stand idly by. Please sign and get others to sign our splendid Petition.

The Petition is hosted by Change.org—and is on IrishNationalCaucus.org, Twitter, and Facebook.

Thank you for watching.

God save Ireland.
