HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY 2023
VIDEO # 40. St. Patrick’s Day/Period. March 14, 2023.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day. May the blessings of our great Saint
cover the entire island, country, and nation of Ireland in 2023.
Hi, I’m Fr. Sean McManus, President of the Capitol Hill-based Irish National Caucus in Washington, DC, and Chief Judge of the World Peace Prize.
And this is our Fortieth —yes, Fortieth, number 40— social-media video on our “One Ireland Petition” and on England’s undemocratic Partition of Ireland perpetrated on December 23, 1920, by the London Parliament —with the assent of the King of England, which made it law.
Ireland is One Country, One Nation, One Island, consisting of 32 Counties, still cruelly and undemocratically partitioned by England, this St. Patrick’s Day.
England first got a foothold in Ireland in 1169. Surely all of us who respect international human rights and the right to national self-determination can agree that after 854 years of domination, occupation, and oppression, it is time for England to get out of Ireland completely—and to leave the Six Counties in Northeast Ireland.
And, surely, this is the perfect time for all of us to sign, share, and promote our One Ireland Petition, which perfectly sums up what is needed by Ireland, namely: “Ireland, too, has the right to be One Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
This splendid Petition has now over 31,191 signers.
The Petition is hosted by Change.org. It is on Twitter and Facebook, and, of course, on the Irish National Caucus website.
Pease sign, share, and help to promote this Petition on this feast-day of St .Patrick. Let us build up the Beloved Community in all of Ireland, based on Ireland’s right to national self-determination and based on the four social values of Truth, Justice, Love, and Freedom—and guided by the great principle of SOLIDARITY.
And please help us to continue our good and vital work by donating to the Irish National Caucus.
Now, be aware that donations made on the Change.org page do NOT go to the Irish National Caucus.
To donate to the Irish National Caucus, you must please go to IrishNationalCaucus.org — the donate buttons are on the top right corner.
Please be as generous as you can.
Thank you.
God save Ireland. END.
