2022 RESOLUTION: SIGN AND SHARE “ONE IRELAND PETITION”

In this New Year of 2022 are you ready to do your part, wherever you are, for unity, solidarity, justice, and peace in Ireland?

 Are you ready to declare your opposition to England’s partition of Ireland enacted by the London Parliament—with the assent of the King of England —on December 23, 1920?

 If you are, please give me a few minutes of your time.

Hi, I’m Fr. Sean Mc Manus, President of the Capitol Hill-based Irish National Caucus, in Washington, DC, and Chief Judge of the World Peace Prize.

As we enter this One Hundred and second Anniversary of England’s Partition, here is what you can do—Sign and Share our “One Ireland Petition,” which beautifully declares “Ireland, too, has the right to be One Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Doesn’t that say it all?

What Irish person could reasonably disagree with that? What American

could disagree with that?

Indeed, what person —in any part of the world—who respects international human rights, democracy, solidarity, and equality could disagree with that?

Well, right now, the “One Ireland Petition” has been signed by over 29, 000 caring, loving, and dedicated people.

The Petition is hosted on Change.org.  Please sign right away. If you have already signed it, please re-double your efforts to get many more to sign it.
