27,000 LOVING AND CARING PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY SIGNED.

THEY HAVE SIGNED BECAUSE THEY LOVE JUSTICE, EQUALITY, AND PEACE —AND THEY CARE DEEPLY ABOUT INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS.

SURELY, YOU WILL WANT TO JOIN ALL OF US IN THIS NOBLE CAUSE?

***

Hi, I’m Fr. Sean McManus, President of the Capitol Hill-based Irish National Caucus in Washington, DC, and Chief Judge of the World Peace Prize.

And this is our Twenty-fourth social-media video on our One Ireland Petition and on England’s undemocratic Partition of Ireland, enacted on December 23, 1920, by the London Parliament, with the assent of the King of England.

I am asking for your help for a wonderful cause. It is free and only takes a moment.

Please join over 27,000 people and sign our internet “One Ireland Petition.”

The Petition proclaims: “Ireland, too, has the right to be One Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Doesn’t that perfectly express your prayers and hope for Ireland, which has suffered so much for almost 1,000 years from England’s cruel domination?

On this 100th Anniversary of partition, isn’t time for unity and peace?

For solidarity, equality, and mutual respect, ”with liberty and justice for all.”

For Protestants, Catholics, and Dissenters, for people of faiths, and people of no faith.

And, here, we must remember that England used racism (meaning anti-Irish and sectarianism (meaning anti-Catholicism) to divide and conquer in Ireland—as it used racism and sectarianism all over its horrible Empire.

Northern Ireland is just a residue of that horrible Empire. It is time to move on and put behind us discrimination and bigotry. Time to build up The Beloved Community in all of Ireland—North, South, East, and West.

And, please, please, it’s time for you and all your family and friends to proudly sign the “One Ireland Petition.” Not only sign it but share it and keep sharing it.

The Petition is hosted on Change.org —and also on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube … and, of course, on IrishNationalCaucus.org

Thank you for watching.

God save Ireland.
