Fr. Mc Manus’ Interview on England’s Amnesty in England’s Interest.

KPFA Radio, Pacifica Network Berkeley, California. Friday, September 3, 2021.

The interview began with Fr. Sean Mc Manus—President of the Capitol Hill-based Irish National Caucus—being asked what is the British Government’s latest actions regarding the situation in Northern Ireland.

He responded that he preferred to use the term “England” as one can hardly blame Scotland or Wales, especially now since Scotland, also, wants to be independent. Then, he explained that England is doing what it always did to Ireland—continuous betrayal of promises. To quote General and President De Gaulle: “For England … there is no alliance which holds, no treaty which is respected, no truth which matters.”

Not for nothing was England called Perfidious Albion.

Fr. McManus also explained that the Irish National Caucus had briefed

key Congressional offices (in person, remotely by phone, and through its regular Irish Congressional Briefings). For the record, those offices included Congressman Ritchie Neal (D-MA), Congressman Brendan Boyle (D-PA), Congressman Chris Smith (R-NJ), and Congressman Jim McGovern (D-MA), among others. Those Briefings included the Kincora—Richard Kerr case, the Raymond McCord case, and the Mid-Ulster Victims of England’s collusion (for which our help has been requested)—all part and parcel of England’s historic and continuous cover-up of murder and collusion on the island of Ireland … And, now, England’s Amnesty is done only in the interest of Brexit and the upsurge of English nationalism, which even the most extreme Protestant/Unionist/ Loyalist can hardly fail to realize.
