Congressman Brendan Boyle Becomes a Congressional Friend of Irish National Caucus

CAPITOL HILL. February 12, 2015— New Member of Congress, Brendan F. Boyle ( D- PA) has followed a grand tradition signed up as a Congressional Friend of the Capitol Hill-based Irish National Caucus.


Over the past 40 years hundreds of Congressmen/women , and many U.S. Senators, have become Congressional Friends of the Caucus.
The Congressman’s sign-up letter is below
Fr. Sean Mc Manus , Founder-President , said : “ We welcome this great American, and proud son of Donegal. It further demonstrates that the Irish issue is still very much alive in the U.S Congress. Although great progress has been made in Northern Ireland, the attention of Congress is of great importance. Congressman Boyle’s father was born and reared in Glencolmcille, County Donegal.
