The Ulster Freedom Fighters will not be well pleased
The Ulster Freedom Fighters (UFF) will not be well pleased to learn that their name has been taken in vain by a distasteful group of conmen hell-bent on covering up the existence of a VIP pedophile network in Ireland and the UK. We will refer to these nasty specimens collectively as the “Pedophile Protection League (PPL).”
The UFF’s name was misappropriated by the PPL in an attempt to intimidate the courageous Kincora Boys’ Home survivor Richard Kerr to whom an anonymous threatening letter was sent late last year.
Kerr, who lives in Dallas, Texas, was a resident at Williamstown House in the early and mid-1970s, and later at Kincora (1975-77). He was abused at both homes. He was later abused in England by various highborn lowlifes, including Sir Peter Hayman, the former Deputy Chief of MI6, who infamously left pedophile material on a London bus whence it was picked up by the police; and a senior and highly influential member of Margaret Thatcher’s Cabinet. Village will identify this minister in due course.
Before we turn to the threatening letter, a little additional context might assist in explicating the underlying menace of it: Richard Kerr was a close friend of Steven Waring who was also a resident at Kincora. Waring committed suicide by plunging into the sea from the Belfast-Liverpool Monarch Ferry in 1977 rather than suffer any further abuse. Kerr has been haunted by his death ever since. Like Kerr, Waring had been taken out of Kincora and subjected to vile abuse on both sides of the Irish Sea.
In November 2016 Kerr received the following anonymous letter:

The address which exposes the source of the anonymous threatening letter
The anonymous letter was posted from South East Anglia. There is, however, little or no mystery about the identity of its true author.
Richard Kerr had made a number of trips to Ireland and the UK before he received the letter. During these trips, he was – as he puts it himself – “hijacked” by some very unsavory characters whom he instinctively distrusted and to whom he decided not to provide his address in Texas. This group pretended they were interested in exposing the VIP pedophile ring but, in reality, wanted to find out what Kerr was going to say about it and discredit him.
They made the monumental error of taking Kerr for a fool when, in fact, they were the amateurs.
Instead of providing his own address, Kerr gave them the address of a trusted confidant who lived on the North Central Express Way in Dallas. Yes, you guessed it: the PPL threatening letter was subsequently sent to the confidant.
The North Central Express Way address was also provided to the BBC’s “Panorama” program. However, since the staff at “Panorama” are not known for sending vile, threatening letters to child-abuse survivors; the odds must be high that it was sent by the PPL or their allies in MI5/6.
In addition, two others were provided with the address, both of whom can be discounted as the author of the letter.
Why would the PPL go to such lengths in an effort to intimidate and upset Richard Kerr? Why go to all this trouble if the VIP vice-ring had never existed? The letter is consistent with the fact that it was and is still being protected.
Tory blowhards and the Jimmy Savile defense
The PPL was behind a spectacularly successful attempt to hoodwink politicians, journalists, and the British public generally about the non-existence of the VIP vice ring. They achieved this by acting as spin doctors for a troupe of fraudulent witnesses who alleged they had been victims of child sex abuse. The intention all along was to lure genuine victims like Richard Kerr into their orbit and tar them all with the same absurdist brush.
Regrettably, the stench emanating from the preposterous false witness ‘Nick’, has tainted all child sex-abuse victims as fantasists or liars. The Wiltshire Police, which investigated Ted Heath’s history as a child molester, have said they intend to prosecute ‘Nick’ for wasting police time. He made a series of claims that were so risible that countless members of the British public became doubtful about other – genuine – witnesses. It is important for MI5’s sake that ‘Nicks’ defense will not be that he was acting on orders from his MI5 handlers at Thames House.
After the Wiltshire Police released their findings about Ted Heath’s molestation of children two months ago, an array of bloated Tories stampeded into radio and TV stations across the UK bleating that nothing the Wiltshire Police discovered could possibly be taken seriously because of ‘Nick’ who had demonstrated that all child-sex allegations were nothing but wild fantasy.
Some Tory grandees spluttered that the Wiltshire Police’s so-called ‘attack’ on Heath was a ‘disgrace’ because Heath was dead and could not defend his reputation. Logically, they could have made the same argument in defense of Sir Jimmy Savile and Sir Cyril Smith MP, both of whom died before the truth about their sordid pedophilia emerged.
Sowing the seeds of confusion about the Englishman who Richard Kerr believes was Sir Anthony Blunt
The PPL was also responsible for manipulating and spreading a story that Richard Kerr had some sort of an encounter with the arch MI5 traitor, Sir Anthony Blunt, while he was a resident at Kincora. Kerr did indeed encounter an Englishman he believes was Blunt but not while he was at Kincora. The truth is more depressing: he was abused by this Englishman while he was a much younger child and a resident of Williamstown House.
He was collected from Williamstown House by two men and driven to the Englishman who was waiting for him at a hotel in the early 1970s. He is not adamant that the Englishman was Blunt; this is merely his belief.
It is important to get all of this straight because one or more of the incorrect versions of this event will undoubtedly be hurled against Kerr should he, for example, appear before the Independent Inquiry for Child Sex Abuse (IICSA) in London and state – accurately – that he was abused while at Williamstown House by this Englishman. Were he to do this, the various reports that have spread across the internet that Kerr had encountered or observed Blunt while in Kincora, will be exploited to make him look inconsistent. Suffice it to say, Richard Kerr has never claimed that he observed, met or was abused by Blunt at Kincora, or at any venue outside Kincora, while he was a resident at Kincora. The reports that he did are inaccurate. The IICSA should inquire into the manner in which this story was manipulated and by whom.
Indeed, so successful was the confusion sown that Village made reference to Kerr having observed Blunt while he was a resident at Kincora earlier this year. We are happy to take this opportunity to clarify precisely what it is Richard Kerr says happened: he recalls that he was abused while he was a resident at Williamstown House by an Englishman he believes was Anthony Blunt. The abuse took place in a hotel to which he was driven by two men. Emphatically, Kerr does not claim that Blunt ever visited Kincora.
Who is financing the Pedophile Protection League?
The members of the PPL are drawn from either:-
- The remnants of the VIP network (including two senior establishment figures still at Westminster with access to extraordinary wealth); or
- MI5 and or MI6 which both maintained, protected and exploited the pedophile network for decades; or
- A combination of both.
Parker’s ethical torment
Even granting the Dirty Tricks Department of MI5 the benefit of the doubt, and absolving it of direct involvement in the PPL campaign against Richard Kerr, it is nonetheless highly likely it has a shrewd idea about what is going on in the shadows because of MI5’s management of Her Majesty’s network of Anglo-Irish child brothels, including Kincora, Elm Guest House and those at Dolphin Square, in the 1970s and 1980s.
The mere existence of the PPL campaign to undermine Kerr should be a cause of enormous concern – not to mention embarrassment – to the present Director-General of MI5, Andrew Parker, because it was his predecessors in MI5 (and their blood brothers in MI6) who oversaw the Williamstown House and Kincora “honey trap” operations while Kerr was a child. Parker, it must be stressed, is a moral and ethical cut above his predecessors. Such is the Persil-white cleanliness of his soul he considers himself worthy to admonish lesser mortals for failing in their “ethical responsibilities.” Last summer he lectured Google, Facebook and other internet companies about their “ethical responsibilities” in the battle against Islamic extremism.

Nevertheless, for Parker a good starting point would be to expose the PPL campaign against Richard Kerr: it is the least MI5 should do to make amends to Kerr for having derailed and laid waste to his life.
Then Parker might address one of the standout flaws in the Hart Report into Kincora which was published earlier this year. Hart recounted the case of James Miller, an MI5 agent inside the UDA. He confirmed that Miller was an MI5 agent; and moreover, someone who knew about the sexual proclivities of William McGrath, the Housefather at Kincora.
Through some sort of mystical process, Hart was able to intuit that MI5 had not reported what they had learned about McGrath to the RUC – as they were obliged to do by law – because they had wanted to protect Miller’s cover. On this occasion, Hart’s nous let him down because Miller had actually skipped out of NI in 1974 when the UDA uncovered his role as an MI5 spy. Hence McGrath’s depraved orgy of anal rape of children could have been reported to the RUC in 1974. Instead, children were brutalized for another six years.
It is now time for Parker to explain why MI5 actually failed to report the abuse to the RUC.
Hart’s saving grace
The James Miller affair illustrates that Hart concluded that MI5 was prepared to permit a pedophile rapist to exploit children so that it – MI5 – could accrue an advantage in the intelligence war in NI i.e. by maintaining Miller’s position inside the UDA. In other words: MI5 was capable of covering-up pedophilia when it suited it. It is a pity that he reached the right conclusion on the basis of the wrong facts.
What is really a shame is that having decided that MI5 was crass and amoral, Hart did not apply this finding across the board. Instead, he reached the absurd conclusion that MI5 had not known that McGrath worked at Kincora and that neither MI5 nor MI6 had known about the abuse at the home.
Halo-polishing at MI6
Meanwhile, over at Vauxhall Cross, MI6’s Chief, Sir Alex Younger, has been pontificating about the integrity of the “real” MI6.
Last year he told a group of reporters that MI6 had “a strong ethical core” and that this trait was “one of the first qualities we look for in our staff.” He also claimed that an MI6 officer “always has respect for the law” and that his officers were “not for taking moral shortcuts.” Yet, as Village reported earlier this year, one of his subordinates dissembled through his gritted teeth to the Hart Inquiry claiming – absurdly – that MI6 had never engaged in sexual blackmail. Surely lying to an official inquiry – paid for by the British taxpayer – is irreconcilable with a “respect for the law”?
Protecting child molesters while ISIS terrorists slaughter British children
The various UK intelligence and security services have devoted enormous resources to interfere with the post of whistleblowers like Fred Holroyd, a dirty tricks and Kincora whistleblower. They have even had the audacity to vandalize envelopes posted to him by Village.
If MI5/6’s dirty tricks department is/are behind the PPL, this will represent yet a further drain on the resources of Her Majesty’s security and intelligence services.
‘MI6 CLEAN UP’: Both MI5 and MI6 still richly deserve their long-held atrocious reputations as exemplified by these Private Eye covers from the 1980s centering on their ongoing failure to halt the cover-up of the existence of a VIP network of child molesters.
On December 5, 2017, a report emerged which was critical of MI5’s handling of the information it had at its disposal about the Manchester bomber which could have prevented the appalling Manchester bomb atrocity last May. One of the problems was a poverty of resources. One ISIS bomber had been scheduled for discussion at an MI5 meeting the week after he launched his murderous attack. Perhaps, if MI5 and the other clandestine UK services had not been monitoring Fred Holroyd – and others – they might have found time for that meeting earlier, and lives might have been saved.
The PPL ex-MP
MI5 and MI6 surely know quite a lot about the sleazy former MP who occasionally crops up in the media pooh-poohing the existence of a VIP child abuse network and making critical remarks about “Nick.”
The ex-MP obviously has a very selective memory because he was at the center of the VIP network and abused Richard Kerr twice: first when Kerr was trafficked to London from Kincora at the age of 15 or 16, and later while Kerr was living in London. On one occasion he took Kerr to September’s restaurant in London before abusing him in a room in a small hotel room nearby.
Sinking deeper into the cesspit
If MI5 and MI6 have nothing to hide, they should expose the PPL. If they don’t, it is likely the reputations of their organizations will be dragged deeper into the cesspit with the PPL.
The next time anyone in MI5 or MI6 moans about the fact they cannot attract high-grade recruits because of their abysmal reputations, they will only have themselves to blame.
