“Raymond McCord’s distinguished attorney Paul Farrell of Belfast has prepared this briefing for the Irish National Caucus to distribute to the United States Congress. It consists of his 2020 Briefing plus his update of November 1, 2021.

This November 9^th will be the 24^th Anniversary of the murder of Raymond’s son, Raymond, Jr. by police informers and British Agents—and the ongoing cover-up of that murder by the British government.

Yet, there has been no justice for Raymond, Jr.— a 22-year-old Belfast Protestant who had worn the uniform of the Royal Air Force … And the question that cries out to Heaven is: why has the British government and its police and intelligence agencies gone to such extraordinary lengths to cover up that brutal murder? What is the government trying so desperately to hide?  How high up does this murder go?
