Father Mc Manus Presses Dr. Reiss on " Missing Votes" Irish Times.

Dr. Mitcell Reiss Special Envoy for Northern Ireland Saturday, March 12, 2003 Dear Mitchell, At your very first Irish Briefing at the State Department, February 11, 2004, I raised the issue of " Missing Votes" in Northern Ireland ( see our Press Release below). You promised to pursue the issue, but we never heard again about it from you. I enclose two articles which acknowledge that about 100, 000 votes will continue to go " missing". I realize that, sadly, there are many other pressing issues -- and that the peace-process is in terrible shape -- but this issue should not be overlooked. I ask you please to pursue it.
